Quadrant Properties (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic property consultant & valuations company that provides accurate information to asset managers and property owners. We offer professional real estate valuation and advisory services and are staffed by professional valuers and graduates registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP). 

Quadrant has performed numerous valuations including the valuations for the listing of approximately 16 of the companies registered on the JSE of which 5 of these were in the last 3 years.  We have performed valuations in approximately 18 countries around the world for purposes of property acquisition, performance monitoring, investment evaluation and disposal.  

Other work done by us comprises of bond financing, structured funding, farmland expropriation, compensation for servitude registrations, market related rental arbitration, township development and feasibility planning. We have also done work for Econometrix where we researched and evaluated the History of Economic and Property Trends and Socio-Political background from as far back as 1980 to present. Quadrant’s property broking division, headed by Karen Evans (Herron), offers a fully comprehensive service of sales and letting. Sales include the sale of land, buildings and investment sales of tenanted properties. Letting comprises the leasing of existing property portfolios as well as the pre-letting and planning of new developments. Quadrant’s broking division sources land development opportunities, tenants and buyers as well as investors for all nature of property. Quadrant is considered the Midrand specialists, responsible for the recent sale of land to Dischem, Aucor and the new Turkish Mosque amongst numerous other land sales.
